What is THE TALENT

THE TALENT is a world-select talent development program created to discover and nurture the next generation of football talent from around the world.

Our mission is to provide talented children with a “real stage” where they can challenge themselves beyond borders and unlock their true potential.

Together with world-renowned legendary players,

we conduct scouting and selection programs across multiple countries,

building an environment where talent can grow with genuine commitment and purpose.

WORLDCLASS COACHING

Train under the guidance of internationally recognized coaches who have played and coached at the highest levels.
With personalized feedback, advanced training methodology, and a focus on individual growth, players will gain a deep understanding of what it takes to succeed at the top of the game.

A quick, agile striker with a nose for goal, Javier Saviola came to Barça at just 19 years of age from Argentine club River Plate. He spent four seasons with the Club separated by loan spells at Monaco and Sevilla. In 2007 he left to join Real Madrid before finally retiring at the club where he began his career in Buenos Aires, River Plate.

An iconic left-back known for his flair, technique, and attacking prowess, Marcelo Vieira spent over 15 years at Real Madrid, becoming one of the most decorated players in the club’s history. A key figure in both defense and build-up play, he helped lead the team to numerous domestic and international titles. Representing Brazil at multiple World Cups, Marcelo combined creativity with leadership, leaving a lasting legacy in world football.

How to Become a THE TALENT PLAYER

There are two pathways to become a THE TALENT PLAYER:

01. Invitation from THE TALENT Scouts

Outstanding players are identified through the THE TALENT global scouting network.
Selected players receive an official invitation directly from THE TALENT.

02. Selection Through National Trials

Players may participate in THE TALENT Selection Events held in various countries.
Those who pass the national selections advance to the Final Selection Camp,
where successful players are officially chosen as THE TALENT PLAYERS.

　You will receive a call-up notice along with detailed travel arrangements.

2. PARTICIPATION CONFIRMATION

　Please inform us of your availability by the specified deadline.

RFFM Camp 2026

Players selected through the camp will participate in the “Madrid Regional Selection Training,” scheduled to be held in June 2026.
In Spain, the program will include participation in official training sessions with the Madrid Regional Selection Team, joint training with elite Madrid-based players from the youth academies of professional clubs such as Real Madrid and Atlético Madrid, experience in the official player development program organized by the Madrid Football Federation, and participation in training sessions at local clubs.
Through these experiences, players will aim to further elevate their level within Spain’s authentic player development environment.

Eintracht Frankfurt Camp 2026

THE TALENT × Eintracht Frankfurt Camp 2026 is an international player development and talent identification project for Japanese players, carried out in collaboration with Eintracht Frankfurt, a Bundesliga Division 1 club.

As part of this project, talent identification camps will be held in three cities across Japan for Japanese players aged 10 to 14.

At these camps, youth team coaches and scouts from Eintracht Frankfurt will be invited to deliver training based on the world-class development philosophy and player evaluation standards practiced by top Bundesliga clubs.

THE TALENT World Selection Program 2026

We are proud to announce the launch of THE TALENT 2026.

From among the teams participating from around the world in
“NEXT STAR CUP 2026,” to be held in Madrid in March 2026,
we will select the members of THE TALENT Select (World Selection).

This tournament will serve as a stage to evaluate players’
true footballing ability and mentality in a world-class environment.
